General Overview
Depending on the political confidence barometer, the ASSF launched the local governance Barometer: A research tool that aims at understanding the aspect of good governance and using indicators to assist the local authorities in improving public services and responding effectively to the needs of the citizens. The Local Governance Barometer is an institutional answer to this request that is designed as a civil experience and citizenship research. This Barometer is an experimental stage to evaluate the performance of public services and local governance, and to make recommendations, policy papers and summaries of political parties and political decision-makers.
