On February 8- 10 2019, and in the framework of MEDIATE “KOUDURAT” program that aim at mentoring and teaching spiritual leaders, the Tunisian Center for Local Governance, Decentralization and Development organized the third training session on “Preventing Hate speech in the Public Sphere.”
