The Tunisian League for Citizenship organized the third training session entitled “listening techniques and rules between the speaker and the listener within a psychological framework” on 21 and 22 July at the headquarters of the Center for Democracy, Citizenship and Development in Sidi Rezig, Ben Arous.
The hearing team included Dr. Faisal Alkaabi and Houcine Karim Glayed, The League’s Project Coordinator The training session included clarifications about some of the concepts in its psychological dimension and discussions among the team members as the training included several procedural exercises to help in clarifying, understanding and training on how to listen and adjust the techniques required.
